Q.  Is this REAL stone?
A.  Yes!  All of our granite, marble, and limestone fireplace facing kits are made from real stone imported from countries all
over the world.  Our ceramic tile facing kits are made from designer grade ceramics.
Q.  Are your surrounds the same as slab?
A.  No.  Although the appearance is similar to slab because we use no grout, our surrounds are designed with select 12 x12
pieces  Our facing kits install like slab but have a higher degree of durability, are lighter, thinner, and less expensive than slab.
Q.  Will I need to use grout or thinset?
A.  No.  Our kits are designed so that you can install your surround with only silicone adhesive.  In a rare circumstance where
you have an extremely rough wall or floor surface you may need to level out your surface prior to installation.
Q.  Are your online color images accurate?
A.  Yes.  Slight variations will always be a part of natural stone.  Shade and character variation should be expected after all
these variations give natural stone its beauty and value as well as distinguishes natural stone from imitation stone products.  
Q.  What are your standard sizes?
A.  We have two standard sizes available.  Three and four sided surrounds at 6" and 4" widths.

Q.  How soon will it ship?
A.  We make every attempt to ship your custom fireplace facing as soon as possible.  Your typically will ship in 1 - 3 weeks
from the processing date of your order.  Once it ships your actual delivery time will be between 1 and 4 business days.
