FireplaceFacings.com will refund 100% of your purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any stock or standard tile surround kit. Simply
call or email FireplaceFacings.com for a return authorization number and return the item in sellable condition in the original packaging, freight
pre-paid within 14 days of delivery to: FireplaceFacings.com 18315 Erkium St., Anoka, MN 55303
A standard kit consists of 48" x 6" header and 36" x 6" legs or 60" x 12" header and 36" x 6" legs as components. Unfortunately we are unable to
accept returns on custom designed tile kits.
Shipping
Your surround will be shipped via FedEx ground and be delivered directly to your door. In rare instances damage may have occurred during
shipping. Please make note of any damage to the packaging before signing for the product. You have 24 hours from the receipt of your surround to
make a damage claim

We employ highly skilled craftsmen all with extended experience in working with natural stone. You can have confidence that your fireplace facing
will embody the natural characteristics of the material you selected. Naturally occuring color and material characteristics are not subject for return.
